Mecure Hotel review 

For those looking for an alternate to the many backpacker hostels then the mecure
is an excellent choice.  The most appealing aspect of the hotel to conference
attendees is that the hotel is situated directly opposite the conference venue.

It has all the facilities one would expect from a 3star hotel: 1 bar, 2 restaurants,
heated pool and rj45 in rooms.  Included in the price is a big buffet breakfast 
which has plenty of food to help cure the hangover from the night before.  

Getting to the hotel is no problem as it is within walking distance from Central 
station or short taxi ride to the airport.  

Overall the Mercure is clean, quiet, well serviced and in a prime location.  At 
roughly $140/night twin share (even cheaper with internet deals) it is also still 
within a reasonable price range.
